Service Description

This service is for you if: You have used box color within the past year, have very dark hair and wish to go lighter, have let a friend color or highlight your hair, have had very vivid or bright colors on your hair within the last year , have dipped into a pool as a blonde and came up from the water with green or blue hair, or basically have attempted any type of hair color or hair color removal service yourself. Please note: There is no shame in your Diy game. I simply need to know what has been on your hair in order to achieve your desired result and preserve hair health.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or reschedule please allow 24 hours advance notice. We will apply a 50% service fee for all cancellations not within the 24 hour window. While we do have this policy, we do understand that life happens and sometimes things come up, this is why we waive the first cancellation fee.
